The Green Room provides a comfortable queen sized bed, air conditioning, bar fridge, tea making facilities, fluffy bath robes, complimentary port, fruit & chocolates and private entrance. The Green Room has a small sunroom & outdoor courtyard. Breakfast is served on the front deck overlooking the ocean & consists of 3 courses with many choices. Local products and free range eggs are used. Coffs Harbour & its attractions are only a 10 minute drive away.

Sawtell is a peaceful and small coastal town with plenty to offer. Because the town is small, finding accommodation to adequately fit a large group is difficult.
This 3 bedroom apartment is uniquely large, with plenty of room for 6 adults with one Queen bed, 4 single beds. There is additional sleeping for two on folding beds and facilities for infants with a portable baby cot and highchair.
Leave your car as everything is within walking distance. 2mins walk to main street with great shops, restaurants, local pub, RSL club, beautician and a quaint local cinema.
For the more active, 5 mins to local patrolled beaches, 18 hole golf course, 14 outdoor clay tennis courts, lawn bowls and croquet.
An abolutely beautiful town, which has and will remain untouched from commercial development. A fantastic holiday destination!!
